Affiliate Policy and Terms & Conditions

Dispute Ease (“the Company”) is pleased to offer an affiliate program (“the Program”) to individuals or entities (“the Affiliate”) who refer clients to our services. By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Commission Structure

1.1 Upfront Fee Commission

– Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on the AUD $99 upfront fee paid by clients they successfully refer.
– This commission is only applicable if the referred client successfully completes payment of the upfront fee.

1.2 Payment Conditions

– The commission will be paid 30 days after the referred client’s upfront payment is successfully received and confirmed.
– This 30-day period allows for verification of the payment and service initiation.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Referral Information

– Affiliates must provide accurate referral information to ensure proper tracking of referred clients.
– Referrals must clearly indicate the Affiliate as the source of their connection to Dispute Ease during the initial sign-up or payment process.

2.2 Compliance with Policies

– Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, marketing standards, and ethical guidelines while promoting Dispute Ease’s services.
– Misrepresentation of Dispute Ease or false claims about the service will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.

3. Payment Process

3.1 Payment Method

– Payments will be made to the Affiliate via the payment method agreed upon during the Affiliate’s registration process (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
– Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details to Dispute Ease.

3.2 Payment Schedule

– Commissions will be processed and paid once the 30-day verification period is complete.
– Payments will be made on a monthly basis for all commissions accrued during the preceding month.

4. Dispute and Chargeback Policy

4.1 Impact of Disputed or Reversed Payments

– If a referred client disputes or reverses their upfront payment within the 30-day verification period, the commission for that client will not be paid.

4.2 Post-Payment Disputes

– If a payment dispute arises after the commission has been paid, Dispute Ease reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future commission payments or request reimbursement from the Affiliate.

5. Termination of Affiliate Participation

5.1 Grounds for Termination

– Dispute Ease reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program for any of the following reasons:
– Breach of these terms and conditions.
– Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of Dispute Ease’s services.
– Failure to provide accurate or timely information about referrals.

5.2 Final Payment upon Termination

– Upon termination, any pending commissions for verified referrals will be paid within 60 days, provided no disputes or policy violations are involved.

6. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by Dispute Ease in connection with the Program.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dispute Ease will not be held liable for:

– Any technical errors or tracking issues that result in missed commissions.
– Loss of potential income due to changes in the Program or client payment disputes.

8. Governing Law

These Affiliate Policy and Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
Acceptance of Affiliate Terms

By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
